Location GPSTracker bugfix when one LocationManager for GPS or Network is null while using isBetterLocation

location is now updated during the blocking part, routine correction in both blocking classes after the expired time, change of spoofing volume to 0,99 of the stream volume

Persists lastDetectedTechnology synchronously on exit. Not sure if possible to do it asynchrosnously

fixed location problem with network provider, now also get position on battery saving mode not only high accuracy

solved the crash when the geocoder of the gpstracker is not connected and no address is generated, we try to catch the exception that would appear when no address is saved in one json array, changed the try catch blocks in the getByteArrayOutputstreamWithJsonData method to make it more stable, return unknown signal as string when no addressline was generated
