Change the layout of the titlepage to make it more like the Word version. Update the declarations. Use minted instead of lstlistings. Move files - now the settings file only contains settings and the defs file only the definitions of the commands. Add some files to the .gitignore file. Add some comments. Add a bash script to compile/generate the thesis. Use lualatex.
