Irregular line split for english/german dishes
Currently when we determine the english and german names for dishes, we do that by cutting the dish box in half. Top half is german, bottom half is english.
But this had the assumtion that the german and english parts always had the same height/line count. On week 30/2025 there is now a dish where this is not the case.
Because of the current logic we split the dish at the red line, when we should instead use the green one.
So basically we need a smarter way to determine where german ends and where english starts. Maybe by using some heuristic like 'if a captial letter appears at the start of a new line/word then it is the start of a language.' But this is brittle, since especially in german there are a lot of capital words.
